The Residential Pivot Gate System
Designed for light use/industrial, residential, or ranch applications with up to 20 openings a day. This Gate Model utilizes a “spring” system that counter-balances the gate panel, which relieves almost all the stress on the motor promoting longer motor life. The CS-12VP is powered by a 12 VDC operator that operates quickly and quietly with a full cycle time of approximately 13 seconds. This gate system also features current sensing and automatic reversing. The 12-volt operator can handle gate panels up to 20 feet long. A wide range of single or dual gate panel designs are available.
